LEVEL 1
LEVEL 1 is for novice Spanish learners ages 4-8 (No previous knowledge is needed. Students with some Spanish knowledge are also welcome.)
TIMonthemat™ Level 1 goals are cultural awareness, linguistic confidence, vocabulary recognition, vocabulary production, and pronunciation.
At the end of this level, students will have learned how to:

identify and pronounce 150 Spanish words!

make connections and find ways to understand new words
-
build simple sentences in Spanish
-
boost linguistic confidence
-
appreciate other cultures
LEVEL 2
LEVEL 2 is for students who have completed TIMonthemat™ Level 1 or students with basic Spanish knowledge ages 5-8.
TIMonthemat™ Level 2 goals are cultural and linguistic awareness (agreement and word formation), vocabulary recognition, vocabulary production, and pronunciation.
At the end of this level, students will have learned how to:

identify and pronounce 125 new Spanish words and phrases!

make connections and find ways to understand new words
-
build simple sentences in Spanish

boost linguistic confidence
-
appreciate other cultures
Students will also acquire:
-
basic knowledge of the Spanish syntax
-
the principles of rolling their Rs
LEVEL 3
LEVEL 3 Is for students who have completed TIMonthemat™ Level 2 or students with basic Spanish knowledge 6-9.
TIMonthemat™ Level 3 goals are cultural awareness, linguistic insight (basic concepts on noun/adjective agreement and word formation), vocabulary recognition, vocabulary production, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
At the end of this level, students will have learned how to:

understand, pronounce, and use 200 new Spanish words and phrases!

build simple sentences in Spanish

conjugate frequently used Spanish verbs in the first-person singular
-
read and write single words in Spanish
-
find ways to understand new words
-
boost linguistic confidence
-
appreciate other cultures
Students will also acquire:

basic knowledge of the Spanish syntax

basic understanding of the adjective/noun agreement in Spanish
-
the principles of rolling their Rs
LEVEL 4
LEVEL 4 is our last course. It has been designed for students who have completed TIMonthemat™ Level 3 or students with basic Spanish knowledge ages 6-9.
TIMonthemat™ Level 4 goals are cultural awareness, vocabulary recognition, vocabulary production, pronunciation, verb conjugation, and sentence formation (including word order, subject-verb, and noun-adjective agreement.)
At the end of this level, students will have learned how to:

understand, pronounce, and use 125 new Spanish words and phrases!

to conjugate frequently used Spanish verbs in the first, second, and third-person singular
-
to read and write simple sentences in Spanish

look for patterns in the target language.
